Well had 2 sickies yesterday. Up until 2:45am on Wednesday evening/Thursday Morning. Way too tired to do much of anything after work THursday. I did journal my food and stayed on point!!I WILL GET ON THE ELLIPTICAL tonight!!!
190.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow - you are quite an inspiration! Managing to stay on track while taking care of sick family members would be hard. And you've made a lot of progress in your weight loss as well. Good job!
