Made it another day without eating in the evening! I used the "One night" method and did it last night. I also got on my exercise bike during primetime commercials. I can usually do a mile before the commercial is over. Then I go back and watch my show. The spurt of activity increases your metabolism. By the 3rd commercial I am sweating. Only did 4 miles last night because I did not want to be too wired up to sleep. Slept like a baby.
