Woke at 213.8, down 3.8 from yesterday. Ate very light at work and came home at 212.4. Did 60 minutes of HIIT treadmill and got back into the 200s at 209.4. That’s down 13 pounds from my water logged 222.4 of Monday. Ate 882 calories today. One more day at 885 and then it’s April!
