So i have been slightly MIA.
I found out i was rather sick, and needed surgery. Therefore I was unable to work out and wasnt eating well, if i was eating at all.
All is good now...Ive been back at the gym solid for 3&1/2 weeks straight and feel great! :) I even did really well with all of the holiday goodies around...and managed not to gain anything! There is hope yet :)
I am looking to revise my goal weight-as i am realistic with my body frame and have learned that the number on the scale doesnt matter so much as how i feel and how my clothes fit/feel. Afterall-muscle weighs more than fat!
163.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
