I will not let myself get discouraged. I have been doing everything right, except for those two beers and my good tacos last night. But seriously...that scale does not need to play mind games with me. I've worked too dang hard! It takes all the will power I have to say NO to ice cream and I do. Measurements on Wednesday. Come on body, prove that scale wrong!!!
