And so it begins - the race towards a new lowest weigh-in at Saturday morning the latest! After a few days of my weight adjusting after spike day, and reaching the high of 94.9 yesterday, I am today 94.5, and hopefully on my way towards the low. We'll see how it pans out. The last few weeks have taught me that as long as I do what I'm supposed to do, I shouldn't have to worry too much about the weight loss - it'll come. Many times last moment (I guess simply because my body is a jerk and likes to freak me out). Life is good!

What is your new goal weight, as you have passed your listed goal weight and seem to keep going.

@Sunshine: Honestly, I am not sure what my goal is any longer. I feel that I am more than motivated to keep going, and don't really have an urge to set a new goal. Don't worry, this will NOT make me stop my weight loss journey. The ULTIMATE goal is 79 kgs, which will get me to "normal" BMI levels. I will probably start working towards maintenance a little before that, though - I haven't really made up my mind yet. October 4th, I have done this for one year. So I will not change anything in my diet until AT LEAST then. And by then, we'll see. I will see this to the end - just gotta make up my mind WHEN and WHERE that end is. :)
