I feel like Ive been eating like crap and not moving, so Im not sure how the scale is being kind to me. I have noticed that a few things are fitting better. Its not a huge change in weight, but its enough.

I ran my 5 mile race on the 4th and came in dead last. My only goal was to finish in the time frame that they gave, and I did that by one minute haha. I was definitely not prepared, but not in the way that I thought. Im going to keep trying though, and I think that Im ready to get back into the gym and start picking up some weights. I started using an app called Gentler Streak and its showing me that I push myself too hard, every time I work out. Its hard to balance that though when I have the energy and drive.
269.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 87.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love your attitude. I love your honesty. I am proud of you. Proud that you managed to finish and in time. I was a sprinter in school and could never fathom how anyone could stand long distance running so I appreciate your commitment. I'm rooting for you!
