Considering I had ten days with no exercise at all (thanks half term 🤣) and only two days of any real exercise this week (yesterday I had a friend with me so had to walk a lot slower than I usually would) I think half a pound is pretty good, yeah?
208.5 lb Lost so far: 51.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
