Pretty big drop. Yesterday I ate pretty high fat content and had a good workout with the rings + a run. Then went to the hot springs last night. Suspect it’s a lot of water, but fun seeing that I’m making progress. I’m finding tracking to be a big help in this process.
I mean I found that before, but it’s really easy to fall out of that routine….
