And I enjoyed gaining every ounce of it 🤣🤣 Back on it again from today. Shocking how quickly it comes back. 3 days of not caring, 2 pounds up. Still, I knew it was going to be there, and thinking I'll be restricting forever is a good way to ensure I go back up to 19 stone, so these last few days were needed. Good luck everyone
