Weight looks the same, but really it spiked up this week because I was super stressing out. Yesterday I realized that I was in a junk food spiral (choc frosted flakes for breakfast and lime Tostitos for lunch) and I made myself stop. I drank some water, I had some gum, then I had a banana and a salad. For dinner we had steak and a rice side and I watched my portions. I still wanted something so I had a yogurt. That strategy doesnt always work for me but it did yesterday. I also walked and just felt better. Also though, chocolate frosted flakes are delicious so Im not going to cut them out, just not dive into the box.
270.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 88.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
