Hello AHACTaciRRRRRR'S, I'm still here never fear. I just think my reads are getting boring and talking about the same thing. Anyway can't help but notice your weight is up a tiny bit not to worry. Try this hope it helps. Don't shop on an empty stomach. Don't eat after about 8.00 at night try not to eat in-between meals. Always buy what you need not extra. If treats maybe allow yourself one on Saturday or Sunday. Or do what I do buy a face cream, or perfume or magazine otlr flowers for home or Garden. Or try occupy yourself into swimming or something.
