I was very busy yesterday, but I still gained weight. I helped install kitchen cabinets and worked hard, but I was doing things I wasn't used to. I believe I may have retained some water from the experience. We will see what tomorrow brings on the scale.
205.6 lb Lost so far: 69.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
