Am absolutely disgusted with myself. My weight just keeps going up and my nutrition has been out of control. Enough is enough. I'm drawing a line in the sand and starting again this n the morning. I know its been emotional rating but I am going to look at the long term satisfaction of feeling great as oppsed to the short term gratification of a bowl of icecream. I have tried the lchf thing but as soon as I try to cut out whole food grpups I crave them more. Three years ago I lost weight by eating unprocessed food and watching portion control So im going to tdy this again. Im also going to journal daily as this keeps me honest and focused. Its my 45th in July and I want to be bloody close to my goal by then. Im gonna be one hot granny lol.
192.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 64.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

you can do it Jodie, just get rid of the rubbish food in your cupboards, then you can't be tempted to eat them. Your family should support you in this and eat healthy with you. I log EVERYTHING I eat and drink daily to keep me honest, and I do NOT have junk food in my house so I cannot be tempted.....
