Hi, I have a protein shake in the morning (I use USN Dietfuel) comes in around 250 calories then I split 1000 calories between lunch and dinner....I use Quorn, chicken and fish and pack in lots of veggies, I'm fairly low on carbs and dairy, but it's been a learning curve, hope that helps 😊
