to much candy yesterday. But good news was able to clock 28 miles on bike a bit slow but still good to know. Tmorrow hope for 30 miles. Not looking forward to the two weeks off bike at the end of September. I am an outdoor person so it is not fun when I am stuck inside.
184.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
