Screwed up and weighed my pasta dry, but to the amount I wanted when it was cooked. Ended up with about 700 calories in pasta alone 🤣🤣🤣 Ah well, birthday meals start tomorrow so I guess it doesn't matter
236.5 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 60.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
