Great. I am weighing in once a week at this time. I am getting anxious as the Wed am weigh-in approaches. Any advice/

Oh Geeze, I am not sure I am qualified to give anyone advice on this topic. I weighed twice in a short period because I wanted to use a new weigh in day...Monday. At my age, I find I pretty much have to stick to a VERY restricted diet, just to hold ground. I am starting to lose, so hopefully something will change. I have a very stressful job and I don't think that helps.
