Honestly, yesterday I went a bit over my calories. But I did lots of exercise and today I have lost even more weight. This kind of feels unreal to finally be getting closer to my goals!

Please do not "Cut off food" but go and see what different foods then what you currently eat could help you slowly obtain your goal. -- Confucious stated "The journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step". -- So decide what is the one thing you can do to start your journey ?
