Stayed under my calories last night, but I had a "snack attack." After eating supper early, later in the evening I had a small bowl of ice cream with a banana, 1/2 a bag of veggie chips and some animal crackers. Bad Traci! But my saving grace was eating less during the day. But my goal today is to eat more protein to avoid the snack attack. Tonight is choir practice so looking forward to that.
