Celebration post!
I hurt my back last Tuesday and wasn't able to do anything for most of the week but i managed to get out for a walk on Monday and I'm pleased to say that I'm down 3.2lbs and achieved my goal and then some!
I'm off on holiday next week so I went through all my vacuum packed clothes that were stored away for 2 reasons. 1, they were summer clothes and 2, they didn't fit. I still need to lose a few pounds for a couple of items but it mostly all fits again so it's like having a whole new wardrobe.
On top of this, my breathing has vastly improved. My weight gain had exacerbate my asthma and I was struggling to breath at night or in warm weather and now I'm actually looking forward to the Summer, if it ever shows up. I thought this would take 2-3 months to achieve so I can't believe I completed it in just under 5 weeks. I've really enjoyed this challenge so I'm going to stick to the diet and see what weight I feel comfortable at but I am going to allow myself a few treats here and there, staring with a reward on Monday - bottomless pancakes at Bill's haha.
