mmmmmm really unhappy with this, have bn at the gym twice last week, did more walking, was expecting more, its not even a 1lb off aarrgghh x
148.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
