WTH?! My numbers are not going right.

198.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb. Still to go: 13.2 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 0.5 lb a week

If your going off one of those smart scales they are highly Innacurate. Keep up the good work and don't put too much faith in them.
