Lost a little more. I'm really tired today. I honestly think its the weather making me feel blah. I will work out again this evening but for now I'm just going to relax and rest.
208.5 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 41.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
