Had a very busy day at work with back to back meetings literally every hour. Wolfed down a protein bar, two 100 calorie bags of almonds, and a whey protein in water. Came home to a 211.4 weigh in, dropping three pounds since morning. That’s better. Still a lot of water to move. Dead tired after 3.5 hours of sleep last night but I might do a little bit of treadmill anyway. Don’t know if I have a HIIT session in me, but we will see what happens when I get on the thing.
