What a shame. All summer I hung on and only put on a couple of lbs. My birthday celebrations over 2 weeks have scuppered me. Back to tracking!
232.9 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1128 kcal Fat: 29.08g | Prot: 68.87g | Carb: 146.18g.   Breakfast: Arla Icelandic Style Yogurt, Morrisons Porridge Oats (40g). Lunch: Aldi Lighter Than Light Mayo, Co-Op White Scotch Roll, Lettuce Salad with Tomato, Pork Loin (Tenderloin, Lean Only) . Dinner: Fox's Viennese Chocolate Melts, Blue Dragon Dark Soy Sauce, Sainsbury's Carrots, Asda Pork Loin, Tesco Red Onions, Mushrooms , Veg soup. Snacks/Other: Lotus Caramelised Biscuits, Chocolate Chip Biscuit (Home Recipe or Purchased), Cowbelle UHT Skimmed Milk, Nescafe Instant Coffee, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). more...
