hey everyone..ummmm....i'm kinda new to this and i don't know what to write but i did have a question. Does resisting all of the sweets ever get easier? And when do you get to the point where you actually want to exercise/ I push myself everyday to workout. I mean, the program is fun and everything but it does hurt. But i do workout when i can almost everyday.
