I thought the 187 on the scale yesterday was a fluke. But this morning my scale said 187.0 again. It must be true. So my second min-goal has been reached. First to get below 200. Second to lose the first twenty pounds. I did it in fifty days. Did you know that the phrase 'twenty pound weight loss' in French translates to "Yehaw!" Love, PishPosh
