BF est 9.7%
Weight is down again, and body fat reading keeps going up. This is starting to get a little troubling - not sure why that % keeps going up so quickly in the last 2 weeks....my routine isn't dramatically different. If anything, I'm probably running a modest calorie deficit lately.
It's also an interesting coincidence that the weight and BF% numbers are exactly identical today, to the readings I had on the Thursday of the week I started P90X, about 80 days ago. Now that I'm on my penultimate week, I'm apparently back to square 1! Well...I am measurably stronger, but it's a little amusing that the numbers have come full circle.
