mmmm worked my bakside off this week, weighed everything, was so careful, bn swimming mon, tues,(do open water in sea, lochs, reservoirs) not impressed with 1lb off, but spose better than putting on x
142.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
