I am pretty sure my scales accuracy needs to be called into question however I did measure my belly today and that is clocking in at 49 inches. I'm thinking I may need a better scale.
233.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 73.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I am getting my new scale in today, once I get it I will compare with the current scale and update my weigh ins with more accurate results. I also got a pair of three pound weights that I am adding to my treadmill sessions, don't sound like much but it pumps up the intensity for sure.

Got my new scale in, ran the comparisons, turns out it was right and my start weight and all those after where 10 pounds to heavy. The new scale is an upgrade any ways transmits data to my phone including bmi and other useful stats.
