Really want to be 15st something before my holiday. 1lb to go. Been on this app since 2017. This is the best I have been in 5 years. I put on nearly 2 stone after I did Cambridge replacement meals.

What kind of diet are you doing at the minute? I’ve only started this week. Am trying the calorie deficit to see if I can shift a few stones.

Pinch of Nom books, their Facebook page and website. I aim for 1200 calories a day, with maybe 100 extra for evening munchies.
I've been on one diet or another since I was 12 when puberty hit. Been higher and lower all my life. I could name any food's calories.

Should add a good set of kitchen scales. I weigh stuff. Amazing how your guess is way out, especially things like potatoes or pasta. Portion control is important.
