*sigh*. Sticking to diet. Relatively few opportunites to exercise while work just keeps piling more tasks on. Working late each day to try and stay on top. Holiday cannot come soon enough.
225.3 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
