Annoyed. 0.1kg up despite keeping inside my calorie limit. Suspect work cafe vegetable cous-cous to have been deep-fried in lard.
229.1 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 63.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
