I’ve been binging all weekend. Exercised today moderately. Slowing down on the compulsive eating. I’ll have a normal meal this evening Maybe the pendulum will swing back to good choices and self-control

166.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
