Despite eating out. I really didn't go over maintenance kCals until night after Don offered popcorn. and I craved crispy cereal bars after seeing Marshmallow Puff men on the new Ghost Busters movie.
Night time cravings continue to be my biggest issue, which means I need to make myself a rule to be in bed by 10pm, and not eat past the time cravings hit. Last night it was 9/10pm.
