Up 0.6lbs. I expected that today. I way overate yesterday (1900 calories!), and then biked my not so little butt off to keep in a deficit. I figured between digestive contents and muscle swelling there would be some gain on the scale this morning. Should come back off over the next couple days though.
Have an end of year homeschool group field day today at a local park. Should be fun =)

Thank you Njashka! Idk why but my lungs have been abnormally good the last weekish. I am not looking this gift horse in the mouth, couldn't have happened a better time as far as me struggling to keep within my calories and stay in a deficit and the better breathing letting me bike more. Love it when things work out that way =)

I love those days when I feel like my lungs are not an issue Calyn! When I get those days, it makes me want to keep going forever, lol, like I finally free, lol... Happy to hear you had " one of those days " Here's to more days that are full of hot air, lol!!! :)
