I've only ate 1000 calories 3 days in a row now :)

Bought some more green tea and have been trying to drink it even though I don't put any sugar in it so it tastes absolutely disgusting hahahaha

I averaged almost 5 miles a day in November so I'm also happy with that :)
159.8 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
