lost 2 lbs in 5 days! okay i got this.. just like this week, i know that there will be days when i might go off track, specially i am not letting anyone i know but my husband that i am on this journey, what matters is that i catch myself immediately and go back on track with more discipline and self control! i am not going to let PCOS take over me anymore! 135 lbs here i come!!!
201.8 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
