I don’t get it 😞I do 40 minutes cardio almost everyday. Sure my eating is a bit more hectic because due to covid I earn less and I can’t buy the quality meal replacement shakes. I’m trying to eat less regardless, but I guess it’s not enough.
I can see my body transformation but the weight should go down no? I mean I should be 65 kg for my hight.. I know that is not achievable my family is big boned… but with 70-75 I would be over the moon 🤔
179.5 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

Hi, have you considered aqua? I find swimming helps toning body and if aqua aerobics lesson is in the evening late enough - there is a chance to skip dinner for a day, because after exercise food crave is gone until next morning 🙂. Well, at least for me. Swimming in general works better because do not harm joints so much as running.

Hey yes I like to swim and used to once a week before covid happened. I have not returned when they’re opened again but I’m planning to

I'm opposite - started swim and aqua after Pandemic to get back normal - working from home brought in my life terrible weight gain if three stones. But running harmed me so prefer swimming instead. :)
