Unfortunately my streak has ended, I lost a lot of weight in a row but I've put some of it back on.

This past week, my first week in university accomodation, was quite stressful so I had takeaway a few times. I've gotten pretty much fully settled now and I feel more comfortable now here as I've walked around the whole area. The campus is only 10 minutes away and ASDA plus some other shops are also pretty close by.

September hasn't been good for me but I'm going to try to end it off on a good note and also make sure October and the rest of the year is better than this month :)
157.6 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep coming back here….loads of us on the journey which is always s rollercoaster! You’ll get there even with the temptations that uni life brings….but make sure you enjoy it! 😄

gandyk53, thanks for the support! I will try to get back to losing weight, and yea I have to try to be more careful about uni temptations hahaha

Are you sharing? That’s difficult kitchen-wise! Just try to make a plan for yourself. There must be a gym or a running group or team sports you can join and train with! Then you can cope with the nights out and feasts!

Trytrytryagainagain, no I'm not sharing a kitchen. I agree with you about making a plan, I've made some in the past but I've just struggled to follow those plans which has been the hard part. A few days ago I walked around and found that there's a gym nearby which I'm going to join soon to help with my weight loss. Thank you for your support, I'm trying to get back on track :)
