So many different weights on this scale, all near this so chose this to represent this week. First was 144.5 rest/3 after were all 142s 22 st 6.82 llbs
314.8 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 118.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
