Yesterday I've also done 30 minutes indoor cycling and 2 sets of push ups and pull ups :)
Today: inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 8.4% inaccurate waist measurement horizontally across navel: 81.2 cm blood pressure and heart rate: 116/64 - 64 bpm
Today I'll do my best to keep logging the food heheh.
edit: I'm not sure whether I'll exercise today lol. I should but I've past the ideal time of day when I actually felt like doing it :P
