I am in a yo yo cycle. I lose a pound gain a pound or in this case ounces. but I will get into the 170s!!! tomorrow is our anniversary and I am going to have to work very hard not to gain anything.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
