The loss is actually bigger. I have been ignoring weighting myself for a long time - I knew I gained even more, just didn’t want to see the number 😂 but now I’m back on track!
132.7 lb Lost so far: 24.9 lb.    Still to go: 4.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
