So happy to break through the 220 platue for the first time in 2 months, knowing that what I'm doing is working! I'm even expecting my period soon. Last night I did eat a few potatoe chips Bohdan couldn't eat, but it was only like a 1/4 oz.
I just have to maintain weight loss this weekend as we are going to eat lunch at Post Falls Days with 1600 calories budgeted.
