Just yesterday I wrote in my journal how I needed to keep a closer eye on my food intake. Much to my surprise, I was down even more today. Maybe my body needed more calories. I don't know. Maybe I should do high and low calorie day rotation. I was keeping it around 1300 cals a day, but the last couple days I have been closer to about 1800. So, I may try rotating the numbers each day. Just a thought.
