So its time I set a new weight goal. My next goal is 175, which would be wonderful to be meant by March 28, LETS DO THIS! I just weighed myself at work and I'm 177. So I just ate dinner I actually ate little too much I had tons of chicken breast but it was really really good!

177.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
