This is strange! Both my weight and my "reported" body fat percentage (body composition scale) have gone down (8.8%) which feels nice heheh. Of course this number will be fluctuating constantly...
Another nice surprise was my waist measurement which went from 84 cm yesterday to 82.1 today. :)
My main worry right now is to determine the ideal recovery time between weight training sessions.
edit: I have been having this increased appetite for some time, probably around the time that I started taking those capsules with sucrose but, now that I started weight training, it's gotten even bigger... Let's see how things go from here. :)
edit: Today I really couldn't help myself. I think I'll just go with it because these extra calories are probably needed to build muscle :) If I start to get to fat then I'll know I have to cut down heheh. Well, it's time to go to bed! Feeling sleepy so will sleep like a rock heheh.

Thanks Ninaj! Definitely! lol Of course that, the "8.8%" are a total misread by the body composition scanner heheh. I'm probably at least, at 11% or something like that, but the evolution in that number is probably more real than the number itself ;)

I tested my scales and entered that i was a man and much taller and it gave me a completely different fat %! So my scales must just be guessing based on my height and weight and not "measuring"!!!

I think that that difference is more due to a different interpretation of the results it obtains because, for example a man's 15% body fat percentage is equivalent to a woman's 22% or something :). Was the number higher or lower when it thought you were a man? :)

It was a lot lower hahaha. How tall are you i'm sure your % is really low!

:D That makes sense since, as you can see in this last link, with a man and a woman with the same fitness level, the woman's body fat percentage will always be considerably higher :). I'm 173 cm tall. That's 5'8" if I'm not mistaken but I think you use the metric system heheh.

The reason why I think my body fat percentage is not that low is because I still have a belly lol. I will only believe my body fat percentage is that low when I start seeing the 6 pack ;)
