Well even with the starting ups, downs, and frustrations of moving into my first apartment and with roommates on top of that, I managed to get back on track with my exercise, meal planning and prep to help me lose a little of 3 pounds. 💥💥🎉
213.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
